David runs a fantastic operation here. The service, the product, the experience has all been exceptional. I needed to extend my rental 2 times last minute and David accommodated for it. I also had to be out the office and he scheduled delivery and pickup outside of their normal hours to make it happen. We had a leak at home. The concrete below the carpet in 2 rooms was completely soaked. For 2 weeks, we tried to dry it using our 2 quite good dehumidifier but it wasn't enough. We then rented 2 industrial dehumidifiers from Dehumidifier Rental and that dried the concrete in just 6 days. Those were drying 3 or 4 times faster than using good home dehumidifiers. If I knew before, I would have rented them the first day instead of wasting 2 weeks.

Was reassured by the great reviews and so wanted to leave one myself to recommend the friendly, helpful and short notice service from David and Andrew.
They recommended a machine that wasn’t on their website yet but was perfect for the task of drying behind a built in cistern. They were able to deliver the next day and we were drier after an hour than the 2 days previous we’d been trying to dry out “naturally”. Prices were reasonable (and 100% worth it for the efficacy of the proper machines) and communication was great, so thank you!
