Thermal Imaging

We have the latest in advanced thermal thermal-imaging-imageimaging technology. This is extremely useful for leak detection where for example pipes are buried in floors or walls and excavation needs to be kept to a minimum.

Thermal imaging is also used in identifying building defects including air leakage paths, heat loss, cold bridging and understanding the building fabric.  This is useful information in assessing damp problems such as condensation.

Leak Detection

Pipes buried in walls and floors often leak-detection-imagecause dampness over a wide area even with only a small initial leak.  Our team can help source the leak with the use of thermal imaging technology and other non-intrusive moisutre measuring devices.

Where excavation is required as part of investigation, we can also undertake this; cutting into ceilings, lifting up floorboards and breaking into building structures to pinpoint the causes of the leaks.

David runs a fantastic operation here. The service, the product, the experience has all been exceptional. I needed to extend my rental 2 times last minute and David accommodated for it. We had a leak at home. The concrete below the carpet in 2 rooms was completely soaked. For 2 weeks, we tried to dry it using our 2 quite good dehumidifier but it wasn't enough. We then rented 2 industrial dehumidifiers from Dehumidifier Rental and that dried the concrete in just 6 days. Those were drying 3 or 4 times faster than using good home dehumidifiers. If I knew before, I would have rented them the first day instead of wasting 2 weeks.

Was reassured by the great reviews and so wanted to leave one myself to recommend the friendly, helpful and short notice service from David and Andrew.
They recommended a machine that wasn’t on their website yet but was perfect for the task of drying behind a built in cistern. They were able to deliver the next day and we were drier after an hour than the 2 days previous we’d been trying to dry out “naturally”. Prices were reasonable (and 100% worth it for the efficacy of the proper machines) and communication was great, so thank you!
